Ninham House:
Ninham House was built in 1904 within a picturesque wooded valley complete with decorative lake. The accommodation for the house comprises of six bedrooms (two double, two singles*, one twin and one single c/w guest bed) ) sleeping ten. A bathroom upstairs provides toilet, wash basin and bath with shower over.The ground floor consists of a large entrance hallway. Lounge, dining-room, kitchen and a single bedroom*. Two utility rooms, lobby w/c plus shower room with toilet and wash basin. There is an expansive garden complete with outdoor furniture.

Treetops:
Treetops is an upside down house recently converted and adjacent to mature woodland. The accommodation comprises of three ground floor bedrooms sleeping six (two double and one twin), also a bathroom/toilet wash basin plus shower room with toilet. A central stairway leads from the hallway onto an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. A balcony with french doors together with numerous 'Velux' windows provide all round views.

Both properties have central heating and features include TV/DVD, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The tariff includes linen, high chair and cot. (towels are available to hire). Ample car parking is adjacent to each holiday let.

Clients have access to the facilities of Ninham Country Holidays, which include an outdoor heated swimming pool, launderette, games room and recreational areas including coarse fishing. Mountain bikes can be hired locally.

Bridleways lead off from Ninham to woodlands, the Downs and the Island's extensive footpath/cycle network.

Road Directions

From E Cowes, 2nd exit at roundabout, A3021, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown, A3056 to Lake/Sandown, pass Park entrance and proceed 400 metres to Safeway roundabout, turn 180 degrees and return to filter left onto private drive.
From Fishbourne, A3054 to Ryde, along Esplanade to boating lake, follow road round to right onto A3055 to Sandown, turn onto A3056 at Lake, park entrance is 1km on left just past Safeway roundabout. From Yarmouth , see E Cowes directions above.

From Ryde Catamaran/Hovertravel: please either visit the train station annexed to the Catamaran or travel on the No. 3 bus route
From West Cowes Red Jet Hi-speed ferry: No. 1 bus route to Newport and change to No. 2.
From Yarmouth ferry: No. 7 to Newport and change to No. 2.
