Xoron is a 112ft 2 decks floating Guest House overlooking picturesque Bembridge Harbour and the beach. An ex-motor gun boat from the second world war, lovingly converted to 3 en-suite rooms and 90ft guest lounge with television and sea views all round.

Bembridge is a small, pretty village with lovely walks, beach, pubs and restaurants with Bembridge Windmill nearby.

From Yarmouth ferry, A3054 to Newport, A3054 to Ryde, straight along Esplanade to boating lake, follow road to right onto A3055 to Sandown, B3330 to St Helens, B3395 to Bembridge.
